A personal assistant in uniformed will greet you at the air-bridge with your name on a welcome sign and escort you to the passport control counter.
We will handle your luggage and personal belongings and accompany you to exits gate at arrivals hall to meet either our driver or that of your chosen hotel.
Your fast track immigration formalities will be processed speedily, without the need for you to pass through normal Immigration channels.

Please be noted that using golf carts is limited for arrival passengers and an international area only due to AOT’s space management policy. Provided service only at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

A personal assistant in uniformed will again greet you and assist you with check-in for your flight. We have coordinated arrangements with passport control to expedite processing. As you wait for your flight to depart, our staff will provide a trolley for your hand luggage.

This service includes Meet and Greet with no queue needed at Immigration section. This service available for:

- International Terminal to Domestic Terminal
Fast Track in Immigration Bangkok with Visa On upon Arrival Service
A personal assistant in uniformed will greet you at the air-bridge with your name on a welcome sign, and escort you to the passport control counter/ Immigration Section.
The service includes meeting, greeting, and he process is based on normal Line under current AOT policy and strictly concerned with security system.
