Reservation &
Confirmation

In an emergency case, you can call our customer service to make a reservation which must be proceeded in advance at least 3 business days. Nevertheless, the reservation confirmation is based on number of available limousines; additionally, the payment must be made in full price, by which the process must be completed before the travel date or the date specified. If the deposit is not made, it possibly causes cancellation.

Modification

You may modify and changes the details of travel date, and the meeting point. Nonetheless, it is depending on available in addition, you should concern the cancellation topic if you expect to cancel the service.

Service details

Airport transfers

For arrivals, after received luggage please proceed to the main hall. The meeting point at BKK Suvarnabhumi airport, Gate exit no 5. As for DMK Don Mueang International airport, the meeting point is at Gate exit no. 11-12.

Passengers will be met and greeted by our airport representatives holding the signage with your name and “MANNA’’ at the meeting point area.

The representatives will carry passengers’ luggage to the vehicle waiting at the parking area, at the nearest exit gate. Then, passengers will be driven in safety and comfort to their destinations.
Pick up on arrivals would mostly be maximum up to 2 hours after flight arrival bearing in mind the time taken for Customs and Immigration clearance. After time exceeding, additional surcharges will be collected.
Manna Limousine will be responsible for all flight early, delayed or cancelled without prior noticed from airline. (No for charges for these cases)
For departure, pick-ups for return transfer should be 3 hours prior to flight departure time. The chauffeurs arrive at approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, and can wait maximum up to an hour at the hotel or the allocated locations. After that, passengers will be driven in safety and comfort to the airport.
No Shows

No shows & driver onsite cancellations are subject to the full service fee plus any applicable wait time charges.

Cancellation

The reservation cancellation, after the confirmation and the payment are completed, we shall calculate no fees for the cancellation informed in advance, prior 7 travel days. Nonetheless, for the late notification, there will be 10% deduction fee from the total; the deduction of 50% will be calculated if
PEAK SEASON
The cancellation is informed less than 72 hours prior the travel.
HIGH SEASON
The cancellation is informed less than 48 hours prior the travel.
LOW SEASON
The cancellation is informed less than 24 hours prior the travel.

PEAK SEASON
Peak season is between December 20th and January 5th and holidays / celebration days of all year long.
HIGH SEASON
between 1st November to 19th December and 6th January to April 30th.
HIGH SEASON
should be from 1st May to 31 October.

Over time usage / Urgent reservation (Less than 3 Days)

Over time charges, please see "Price".

In case of urgent reservation (less than 3 days), we reserve our rights to fine you in full amount of money if there are any changes in any important details or in case of reservation cancellation.

The payment via credit cards is to be charged 5% extra from the total.

Refund Policy

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing, the following applies: Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel time will be refunded in full amount.

No refunds will be issued for no shows ( Passengers do not appear or late show up more than 1 hours from the appointed time) without any prior notice or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to travel time. We do not reimburse you for the reservation money.

If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price). Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for payment, and a refund fee may be applied. However, please be aware that refund processing time depends on the process of the credit card issuing bank.

All cases, after Mann Limousine acknowledge and notice the cancellation, the customer will receive the refund within 45 working days.
